We work exclusively with Allied Health clinics across Australia, providing specialist reception and admin support. We're looking for an experienced receptionist to join our team. About the Role You'll be handling inbound calls and reception duties for Allied Health clinics. Call volumes vary — some periods are busy, others quieter — so you'll also assist with general admin tasks to keep things moving. Current Hours (flexible — happy to discuss) Monday & Tuesday: afternoons Thursday & Friday: mornings or afternoons Looking for approx 10 hours per week to start with - scope to grow. What We're Looking For Proven reception experience with a confident, professional phone manner Experience in Allied Health and with practice management software (Cliniko, Nookal, Halaxy, or similar) Solid working knowledge of Medicare and NDIS processes (essential) Availability across both school hours and outside school hours Reliable, proactive and a great communicator Stable internet connection — fixed NBN or equivalent required (no phone hotspotting) This role is best suited to someone looking for flexible, ongoing work — rather than those currently building their own admin or reception support business. Bonus Points For Experience across multiple Allied Health disciplines (physiotherapy, speech therapy, psychology, etc.) Dual monitor setup — it genuinely makes a difference in this type of work! Sorting through a large volume of invoices/receipts (paper and digital files). 2. Digitizing/scanning physical hard-copy invoices into clearly labeled, legible PDF files. 3. Creating a simple Excel spreadsheet grouping expenses by month/category and matching them to the correct receipt.
