I require assistance reviewing and analysing a civil claim in the Supreme Court of Western Australia (CIV 1645 of 2026). The matter involves pleaded causes of action including false imprisonment, negligence and malicious prosecution arising from an arrest, detention and criminal proceedings that were subsequently discontinued. I have already prepared a substantial evidence package, chronology, diagrams and legal analysis. I require an experienced lawyer and professional to: • Review pleadings and court documents. • Review evidence and identify strengths, weaknesses and evidentiary gaps. • Review and critique legal arguments. • Assist with preparation of an evidence matrix. • Assist with damages analysis. • Review settlement strategy and correspondence. • Identify relevant authorities and procedural issues. • Provide written feedback and recommendations. The attached diagrams provide a summary of the legal framework and issues in dispute. Please provide: Your legal qualifications and experience. I need a highly capable Personal Assistant/Project Support person to help me for the next two weeks, with possible ongoing work if it is the right fit. This is not basic admin. Some subject matter relates to justice, advocacy, law, politics and helping people. You need to be steady, mature and able to handle serious subject matter without becoming overwhelmed. I’m looking for someone practical, discreet, fast-thinking, reliable, confident with computers, able to take initiative, ask smart questions, solve problems and work efficiently. Hours are Monday to Friday, 11am to 4pm. Pay is $200 per day. Meals provided during work hours. I’m looking for an employment lawyer very experienced in running unfair dismissal cases in the Fair Work Commission (FWC), and in particular in advanced case law research . The focus is on how availability of remedy in an unfair dismissal case when: - A worker stops working due to psychological injury from mistreatment - Workers Comp case rejected but still subject to arbitration review - Employer terminates before statutory rights to arbitration are exercised and determined - Worker hasn’t been back to work 1.5 yrs at time if termination Need to establish case law or legislative precedent for either reinstatement (to re-establish full statutory rights to workers compensation, not diminished by termination ) Or financial compensation , if you were unable to earn an income at the time of dismissal and beyond. Need to establish that financial compensation is not in lieu of income being eligible to be earned. If so perhaps backdate the eligibility to reimbursement of forced leave prior to termination. The application has already been made. This is to assist in preparing for hearing. Please let me know how experienced you are in Employment Law, and also in advanced case law research/analysis. The task I’ve got for an initial chat. Further work will be assigned either as a separate task or upgrade of task.
