Context: Confidential personal legal evidence Objective: Workflow for reviewing, annotating and extracting evidence from large PDF communication exports, with the ultimate goal of producing chronology-style Notion DB for cross-reference and relational database analysis. Existing Setup: * PDFs stored in OneDrive * ABBYY PDF software (many documents already bookmarked) * Basic Zotero library setup * Notion Plus subscription and existing workspace * Basic Zotero → Notion sync via Notero working * Trialled Web Highlights and other extensions without successful sync integration My original intention was Zotero (with triggers) + Notero + Notion (partially configured already), however I am open to alternative open-source, simple and effective solutions. Source Documents: Not academic papers or research articles. Sources primarily consist of exported communication logs including WhatsApp, SMS/iMessage, Emails, AppClose and Messenger. Workflow Challenges: * Date headings separate from messages * Sender names separate from message content * Individual message timestamps * Multiple excerpts appended into a single annotation/note * Excerpts spanning multiple pages and/or dates * Images, attachments and embedded content * Thousands of pages within a single source Required Outcome: Workflow for efficient review of communication PDFs, highlighting relevant content, capturing dates/times/senders, appending excerpts, creating custom citations (if Zotero), adding and syncing internal notes and tags, and exporting results into a chronology-style Notion DB with property mapping. Priority: 1. Minimise manual data entry 2. Custom source and page citations 3. Accurate capture of dates, times and senders 4. Custom annotation/note setup with append and ellipsis workflow 5. Links back to original annotations and PDF locations 6. Fast, practical workflow with minimal complexity and efficient remote setup requiring minimal input from me

MYOB & Xero Payroll / Accounting Support Required (Ongoing Relationship Preferred) I operate a small Australian furniture manufacturing business and have recently transitioned from MYOB to Xero. Xero has already been set up and I have an external accountant, however I am looking for an experienced MYOB/Xero professional who can assist with several outstanding items and provide ongoing support when required. Immediate tasks include: Reviewing and finalising MYOB end-of-year payroll information. Ensuring payroll records are correct between MYOB and Xero. Assisting with employee payroll migration into Xero. Reviewing superannuation setup and ensuring compliance. Checking payroll balances, leave accruals and employee records. Reviewing Xero setup and identifying any issues or improvements. Assisting with any payroll or accounting questions as they arise. About the business: Australian furniture manufacturer. Small team of employees. Currently operating both MYOB and Xero during the transition period.
