I run a short-term rental management business in Perth, recently moved from sole trader to a Pty Ltd company. My current company Xero file got contaminated with pre-company transactions (my personal property and sole trader activity going back to September 2025), so rather than clean it I want to start a fresh company file from the incorporation date. What I need: - Set up a new company Xero file with a conversion date of 10 March 2026 - Enter correct opening balances as at that date - Connect the company bank accounts only (Westpac company account and Amex), from 10 March - Bring across / re-enter the genuine company transactions and invoices from March 2026 onwards - Make sure GST is set up correctly (company is GST registered) Good to know: - I have a full General Ledger export and a spreadsheet that already sorts every transaction into pre-company vs genuine company activity, so a lot of the groundwork is done - The old file stays as-is for my sole trader tax, you don't need to touch it - Ongoing monthly bookkeeping may follow if it's a good fit Please quote for the setup, give me a rough timeline, and confirm if you're a registered BAS agent.

i want to work with someone who i can explain all my different work tasks to and have them tell me which AI i should use for what and how to implement. I do consider i am doing a lot of repetitive tasks that could be streamlined. I also have a lot 'in my head' and minimal time, so knowledge of AI where i can use voice memo to download my day and have AI assist where ever possible would be ideal
