Hi! I run a growing short-term rental business (Airbnb) managing multiple properties in under Charan Suites a luxury brand. I’m looking for an experienced Virtual Assistant to support day-to-day operations. This will be ongoing work for the right person, not a once-off task. I’m specifically looking for someone who has previous experience working with Airbnb hosts or property managers — this is very important. We are looking to scale quite quickly and company/person will need to be able to scale with us. Your responsibilities will include: • Guest messaging (check-in instructions, replies to enquiries, support during stays) • Handling booking requests & screening guests • Coordinating cleaners and maintenance teams • Updating calendars & pricing • Writing and sending review messages • Assisting with listing optimisation • Reporting issues to me and helping resolve them quickly • Basic admin tasks Platforms you may work with (experience preferred): • Airbnb (required) • Hostaway or similar PMS (preferred) • Booking.com / VRBO (bonus) • WhatsApp / Slack communication • Excel Sheets (very important) What I’m looking for: • Excellent English and professional communication • Fast response times and reliability • Attention to detail • Problem-solving mindset (VERY important in hospitality) • Comfortable dealing with guests and service providers • Available daily 24/7 communication with guests (including weekends if needed) Please include in your application: 1. Hi there. I have recently started my own business, in fact a lot of my work comes from Airtasker. What I am looking for is direction, knowledge or advice on bookkeeping software. I can take care of my own bookkeeping once I have an app that suits my business. What I have struggled with so far is putting expenses against my invoices. I have about 80 invoices that have all had fees taken out and some having extra expenses like materials, tools and fees. I have used 3 bookkeeping apps so far which are either expensive or cumbersome to use. Ideally what I am looking for is software that is: * Relatively cheap * Bulk invoice import * Be able to track expenses like materials and fees for that the particular invoice * Have a way to easily record Airtasker fees with my invoices or expenses * Auto Scan for receipts and link them to expenses for specific invoices * Bank reconcile for bank statements, matching invoices amounts or expenses * Ability to generate repeat bills like * electricity * gas * phone * rent * book keeping payments * Car registration * support for multiple bank accounts, debt business account and credit card Please if you have any advice that would be great.
