We got the Alfordson chair delivered and are in the process of assembling it. Step 6 is where we are stuck because Part J doesn't go into the socket of Part D fully. When you feel inside the socket there are 2 small ridges that block the way, as you can see in the images attached. I feel this part is attached upside down because the ridges are probably there to ensure that Part J doesn't go all the way through the socket. But as things stand right now, it doesn't go even an inch into the socket. And we can't open any part up to even try and turn it over. I would like someone to come and have a look and see if it can be solved.
