The washing machine is making a weird noise and cutting out before a cycle completes

I need a broken front load washing machine removed. I have a working front loader on top of it, that will obviously need to be removed first! The broken front loader will need to be carried down 2.5 flights of stairs and up 5 steps to front of building. The machines are in a spot that is very tight and hard to navigate. I will have a plumber remove the sink first and re-attach after the working machine is put back in place. Looking for fair and reasonable quotes. Thanks.
