Hi all, While finishing off a spin cycle my washing machine made a large bang/snap noise and loudly completed the cycle. When looking inside the machine the metal cylinder is noticeably out of place and looser (moves back and forth easily) Looking for someone knowledgeable in washing machine repairs to look at and fix the issue.
