Washing machine not draining - drum filter stuck and difficult to remove.

A hole already exists in the side of a cupboard for the washing machine hose to pass through, but it's too small. Need to cut a bigger hole. Would need to move the washing machine out of the way first and help connect the hose after. Chipboard is approx 30mm thick. Hole is approx 70mm in diameter, need to be approx 90mm.

I need help taking down dryer and washing machine off stand. I still want the dryer stacked on top of washing machine but on the floor rather than the stand it currently sits on. The dryer is not as heavy but 14kg washing machine is (might need 2 people for job).
