Details: Existing cooktop: Old Westinghouse electric cooktop with knobs (already on a dedicated circuit). New cooktop: Bosch PXX695 (7.4kW / 32A) induction cooktop. New rangehood: Westinghouse 60cm Fixed White Rangehood WRF610WA. Scope of work: Disconnect and remove old appliances, install and wire the new Bosch cooktop and the new Westinghouse rangehood. Straight swap into the existing cutouts, no countertop cutting required. Ducting: Replace the old flexible ducting/pipe with new ducting for the new rangehood. Switchboard: May require upgrading the existing fuse/circuit breaker to a compliant RCBO to meet current AS/NZS 3000 standards for the new induction unit. MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Must be a Licensed Electrician (license verification will be required). Must provide a formal PDF quote/invoice today so I can submit it to the landlord for final approval before booking the exact installation date. Looks like we have a drainage or sewer coming from the overflow gully, could be main line blockage. Issues: * Water is coming up into the backyard from the gully * The water has a bad smell. * There is white, soapy looking foam in the water. * The dishwasher is not draining properly and has water sitting inside. These issues may be related, but I’m not sure.

I have an old washing machine that needs to be moved from the laundry to garage (only one step to move down but will need a trolley to move it to garage) and a new washing machine that I need unwrapped and installed in its place.

Washing machine stopped mid cycle and turned off. Haven’t been able to turn back on. Took a look at the wiring, couldn’t see anything visibly burnt out, however, I’m not an electrician.

We need water turned off (unsure where this is) and taps attached to wall fittings and washing machine plugged in. In an apartment, we’ve just moved in. Need it done before 3.30pm today
