The knob for the timer on my oven came off the other day. The shaft has fallen back out of sight. I can’t work out how to get the front panel off to fix the issue? Managed to budge it a little to pass the shaft back through the hole but can’t fit the knob without it falling back in.

I’ve inherited some fairly poor sub floor gas plumbing and ventilation in a house I’ve recently purchased. I need the gas piping to be re-routed so it’s neat and tidy and properly fixed to the wall and the joists. There are also some old pipes that need removing. Also the ventilation ducts are held up with wire and totally in the wrong place and need neatening up and properly fixed.

Please can you disconnect and remove my washer and dryer. They both work but have upgraded them so feel free to re-home.
