Problem: * The mixer runs normally and works fine for whisking. * However, when kneading dough, the planetary assembly (the round part underneath the mixer head where attachments connect) drops down and becomes loose. * There is noticeable play/wobbling in the planetary assembly. * It can be pushed back up by hand, but drops down slightly again when released. * The mixer cannot knead dough properly because of this issue. * Some grease has also leaked out around the planetary assembly. Miele gas cooktop burner has stopped working over time. The Issue: When the knob is pressed down, there is absolutely NO clicking sound/spark, but I can smell gas. The gas cuts off normally when I let go of the knob. Knobs, the spindle shaft, and the burner/igniter pin looks clean and dry. Need a technician to open the cooktop housing and diagnose if it's a worn-out microswitch harness or a faulty spark module. Note: This budget is for the call-out and diagnosis/labour. If a specific Miele replacement part is required, I will purchase the part separately. Must have experience with gas/electrical appliance repair.
