I have a Smeg integrated dishwasher. The anti-flood switch has been activated and water has leaked out from under the kickboard (plinth) onto the main kitchen floor area. **What needs to be done** - Remove and inspect the unit to see if it's still good - Clean up any flooding in the area - Re-install the unit after a clean-up and reset - Re-seal the kickboard after re-installing the unit **What you need to know** - The kickboard is silicone sealed. You will need to remove the sealant and re-apply afterwards. - The unit can be reset, but it needs to be taken out first and drained since it is still in the permanent drainage cycle - The main chamber inside the unit where dishes are held is already drained and the water/power to the unit has been disconnected.

Hi, my dishwasher is not draining properly. After the cycle, water remains across the bottom base of the dishwasher. I have already removed the dishes, manually cleared the water, removed and cleaned the filter, and checked the visible sump/filter area. I cannot see any obvious food blockage inside the dishwasher. Need someone experienced with dishwashers/plumbing to inspect and fix the drainage issue. My ilve dishwasher is not switching ON. It looks like it’s not getting any power at all since the display doesn’t show anything. None of the buttons are working. Job is to diagnose and fix the problem There was some water clogged at the bottom from the last time the dishwasher was ON so I cleaned it all up and checked checked that the door is getting closed properly. Also the power switch can power other devices and not just the dishwasher.
