Only the top fridge section can not cool enogh to the set temprature

We have checked, and compressor apparently is working, not sure about the sensors, we opened and there wasnt ice built up and no blockages. It shows a code of an ice maker error however i was told it shouldnt affect the freezers run.

Samsung fridge not dispensing water. New inline filter installed. Rattling sound when lever pressed. Sparkling water mode may be stuck (red CO₂ icon showing).
