It stopped working while washing

All electrical devices are working normally, it's just after an electrician from Origin came and upgraded my meter to a smart meter, now on my bill, the control load is 0, and Origin said there is nothing wrong with my control load. I am not sure if they connected the wrong cable or turned off something, but my hot water is working fine, and it is the only thing that my control load is connecting to.

The water connectors (drain) in the new house are different in the new house than the previous one. I bought a "nut and tail" connector at bunnings, but that connection just made a wet mess all over the cabinet. I have no experience with plumbing, so i expect this will be a very simple/quick job for someone who actually knows what they're doing.
