We have an Electrolux fridge/freezer - the freezer part is icing up and the defrost is not working properly. We have done a manual defrost but the issue is persisting. We need someone to come to the house to diagnose the issue and tell us if it can be repaired and the cost.

The wall button which opens and closes the door just stopped working. If I use the button directly on the driver it opens and closes the door fine, so there's no issue with the door. Just an issue with this wall button
