Old school kitchen bench top has overhanging trim, needs shaving off to install new dishwasher underneath bench for tenants. Old dishwasher already removed. Plumber reports 5mm too low. Will need a new benchtop at some stage. Just need it functional and not too ugly.

Washing machine fails to drain and says “water outlet fault” every load. It’s manually draining ok and I’ve cleaned the filter a t the front. Looking to get my dryer mounted to the wall in my bathroom, needing the following done: - Removal of the existing mount on the wall (not compatible with my dryer), - installation of the universal mount on the wall, which I've supplied (pictured), - tapping new mounting holes into the back of the dryer, as the holes on the hooks don't line up with the holes.

My dryer is currently in my dining room, as it was awaiting the purchase of a front loader washing machine to be stacked on top of in the laundry. I have now purchased the front loader and a stacking mat, and require the dryer to be moved from the dining room and lifted on top of the existing washing machine. This is a 15 minute job that I neither have the strength or the equipment for. Two people will be needed to lift the dryer onto the washing machine, and I'd say a trolley would be the best option for moving it from the dining room to the laundry.
