Something is wrong with my washing machine it won’t drain and keeps saying I need to clean filter even though I have done that

I have a dryer that was removed due to a water leak but was never replaced back on its brackets above the washing machine. Being an over 60 widow it is impossible for me to lift the dryer as it is pretty heavy.

I have a Haier fridge where the bottom freezer is working perfectly fine, but the fridge section is not cooling properly or is hardly cooling at all. I took out tubs to check but the back wall of freezee looks alright, i couldint see any ice builtup ) its cold at the back, i touched it i felt the cold wall, there was a very slight ice close to negligible..i have attached the photos if that helps.?

I need someone to collect and exchange two (2) empty 9kg gas cylinders from the BP service station at Cnr Castlereagh Rd & Coreen Ave, Penrith NSW 2750, and deliver the full cylinders to my address at Unit 2, 123 Coreen Avenue, Penrith NSW. The BP service station is approximately 750 metres away (about a 15-minute job in total). Cash will be provided for the gas cylinder exchange at the service station. No installation or connection required. Pickup and drop-off only. A suitable vehicle is required to transport gas cylinders safely.

change over gas bottle to electricity so require new hot water system for 8 people at least. gas stove capped so i can get electric stove.
