Our 2 door fridge has cooling issues on the refrigeration side. My husband pulled the fan off and defrosted the evaporator previously and it worked back to normal again. It has been 2 weeks since but now it is doing the same thing again. The fan can be heard scratching on something when the fridge door is opened before it comes to a stop. Looking for someone to diagnose and repair the issue (if cost effective ). I have attached photos of the evaporator mid defrost, the fan assembly and the model tag. It is a Samsung Fridge. Part of the silicon has ripped which is causing some of the water in the washing machine to leak out when it’s running. We would like the silicon replaced or repaired if possible.
