We live in a 2 story house and I’m trying to reduce the impact noise transfer from the tiled floor upstairs to the downstairs bedrooms. It seems to come through very loud when people are walking around upstairs. We have 3 bedrooms that require soundproofing on the ceiling (4.7m x 3.3m, 4.7m x 3.5m, 4.7m x 3.8m). Each room has a fan light in the middle of the ceiling which needs to be maintained.
