** Removal of a 90cm dual-fuel cooker ** I'm hoping to be ready to do this work in early March but there is not yet a specific schedule. Ideally you or your team will have at least one of the gas and electrical licences to do the disconnection from gas and electricity, to save me the complications of coordinating that. This is a 90cm ILVE cooker. It's about 15 years old so I can't find exact info, but I guess from current comparable ILVE models it probably weighs 110kg. It works well, but I will replace it with an induction stove. Due to a shoulder injury I cannot provide any meaningful help with moving it. You'll need at least two strong people. It sits on a plinth (not on legs) in a gap between other cabinets. It needs to be pulled out from its position without causing any damage to the surrounding cabinets or to the kickboard underneath. To take it out of the property it needs to travel (without causing any damage!): .. through the kitchen (plenty of space, 180cm clearance through the kitchen) .. along a passageway (125cm wide) which includes going up 5 polished wooden steps .. out through the double front door (160cm wide) .. one step (160cm wide) down to the porch .. one more step down (160cm wide) and then up the front path (160cm wide) which is wooden decking with 5 steps up, spaced about 80cm apart. - Due date: Flexible

My washing machine is leaking water from the bottom. Filter was checked and should be ok. Also, i looked it pipes and wires they seeem fine too. It not old and I assuem there should be some sort of blocking somewhere which cause this leakage.

Hi there, my oven runs on natural gas and when I go to turn it on it is releasing this strange smell, almost like a burning smell, straight away.
