Machine is locked on Filter Alert Water has been drained but filter will not fully turn or release Likely coin or object jammed behind filter. I think it needs pump accessed from underneath to remove obstruction. Minimal flooding and power is off. Dryer stacked on top of washing machine.

Water remains in the dishwasher above the filters. I have replace the course filter and cleaned the outlet hose. However, it still won't drain.
