Ariston washing machine is locked and won't open. Seems like the handle is broken. Emergency open tab isn't working either. Need someone who can open it up (take lid off?) so I can get our clothes out. No water in machine, as the cycle hadn't started. Help, please!

This washing machine can’t work anymore after I cleaned the drum yesterday. I’m guessing there might be something wrong with the circuit, or maybe the water leaked. so I would like a skilled technician to check out the causes and repair it.
