I have a new Beko BRH70UX 70 cm undermount rangehood ready to install. Looking for an experienced rangehood installer/cabinetmaker to remove the existing rangehood and install the new unit. Scope of work: * Remove existing rangehood and dispose of old unit. * Install new Beko BRH70UX 70 cm undermount rangehood. * Existing kitchen has a gas cooktop, so installation needs to comply with applicable Australian clearance requirements and Beko installation requirements. * Existing cabinetry/shelf will likely need to be modified/raised to position the new rangehood correctly. * New Beko requires 150 mm duct connection (120 mm adapter also supplied). * Existing ducting is only 100 mm, so this needs to be replaced. * Ducting needs to be rerouted to the other side of the cabinet/duct path. * Please supply/install appropriate 150 mm ducting, joins, elbows, clamps and external connection as required. * Keep duct run as short/straight as reasonably possible. * Modify cabinetry neatly and securely around the new rangehood. * Connect to existing power point * Test rangehood/extraction after installation. * Clean up and remove rubbish. The dishwasher and washing machine are new installs, so the plumbing needs to be run from scratch. This is a rental property. Both new installations need to be done neatly and reliably so they hold up for at least two years, and so a plumber can remove the dishwasher and washing machine cleanly at the end of the tenancy without damage to the property. We already own the washing machine and dishwasher. We are still purchasing the freestanding gas. Happy for you to charge us for additional pipes etc needed, or if you give us the list, we can buy it from Bunnings.

Help fix my breville coffee machine The grinder is stuck and i can't twist or remove it

We are having some modifications done in our Kitchen to install a small cutlery drawer above our microwave oven (as a separate Airtasker Task). However, for that task to go ahead, we need to ensure the Power Point to our Microwave Oven does not clash with the new drawer to be installed. The current Power Point is in the top left hand corner of the enclosure, we require it to be moved downwards by about 100 to 150mm. I think the Power Outlet is surface mounted to the back of the enclosure, and from what I can tell, the power cable comes into it from the cabinet wall on the left hand side, which is the sink enclosure.

Hello, We are looking to have a small utensil drawer installed in our kitchen in Meadowbank (Ryde area). The drawer would sit directly above our small microwave oven, inside the current microwave enclosure. The new drawer cutlery drawer would be done in the style to match the existing drawers. As part of the job, the facia around the microwave oven enclosure would need to be removed as it clashes. Additionally, the power point inside the microwave enclosure, may need to be moved downwards by about 150mm. I have supplied photos, and a concept sketch of the proposed cutlery drawer. We would like to have someone come out and visit us on site, and measure and quote for the design. We are looking to have the job done in the next few months. Hi there, I need a licensed NSW gas fitter to rectify a gas installation defect identified by Jemena on my property in Eastwood. The defect noted on the certificate is: "Earth stake & weep holes in exclusion zone". Scope of work: Relocate/extend the gas regulator vent line or pipework to ensure it is clear of the electrical earth stake and building weep holes (per AS/NZS 5601.1 standards). Perform a pressure/leak test upon completion. Issue a formal Certificate of Compliance and a Leak Test Certificate as required by Jemena.
