I have an industrial sewing machine I bought about a year ago but I’m having an issue where the top thread will create a big loop under the machine every 10-15cm or so. I’ve attempted to change the top tensions and clean out lint and debris in the machine but still no luck. I have a feeling it might be an issue with the little wire attached to the second top thread tension unit that goes up and down a few mm. It is inconsistent and sometimes won’t move at all.
