The door has come off the hinge and the plastic section of the door/frame around the hinge mounting points appears to have cracked/broken. The metal hinge on the washing machine still seems to be intact. My washing machine bought new in 2023, ( Bosch ) keeps leaking from underneath out, filters are cleaned and emptied regularly. Sometimes it’s little and other times it’s a lot.

Move new heavy washing machine/dryer from garage into laundry (includes 5 small steps). Machine is approximately 160kg!

We want to replace our old 60cm slide-out rangehood with a new one (which we have bought), needs minor carpentry work as the mounting shelf is taller than the new unit. Also needs old unit disposed.

I have a kitchen range hood to be replaced and have the new range hood. I need it installed however I was advised I need a qualified roofer to install due to flute.

I have a Blanco dishwasher. The dishwasher is not draining the water. When we run it, after 2 minutes it beeps and stops running. I hv tried simple ways of drain opener and soda vinegar application that works for a few days and aging the issue comes. The pipes looks clean and the water at the bottom looks clear. I need a thorough checkup on the machine and relevant fix.

Need to have a vulcan quasar flued gas wall furnace removed including the flue and taken away. From memory the gas has already been capped. I do have spare roof tiles. Single level unit. Also need my leaking shower fixed too, can't work out if it's both the hot and cold or just one of them but would prefer both to be looked at and sorted. Would prefer a licensed and insured plumber for the jobs.

The pipe under the sink that the washing machine drains into was replaced because one side was leaking. Now the other side is popping off when the machine is used. It’s in a position where I cannot see but it feels that the pipe is not fitting snug so pops of. I think a lock is needed or a new pipe. It’s in a spot where you cannot see.
