Remove two appliances and cap the gas lines

Need to fix a 4 burner gas cooktop

1) Disconnect the existing gas cooktop. 2) Supply and install an isolating valve on the gas line to the cooktop.

The new one's gas outlet is on the other side, so extra piping is needed to connect. See photos. Need a licensed plumber who will certify the job.
