I bought a new natural gas cooktop that needs to be installed. The gas hose from the old cooktop needs to be connected to the new one. Ideally, a shut-off valve can also be installed. A licensed technician is required. Additionally, after shutting off the main gas valve, the water heater will need to be re-ignited. 1.The budget is around $200, but I can pay extra for adding a shut-off valve. 2.Please include all costs in your quote.

Need someone to install a gas cooktop. Old one, as shown in picture, needs to be uninstalled. The replacement is also a freestanding cooktop with gas connection.
Dishonest. DO NOT TRUST HIM. Quoted fixed price on Airtasker to install a gas cooktop, later asked for additional monies after completing the job without informing us upfront. Then he claimed that there is a gas leak in hot water system which is brand new. We weren’t at the premises when he installed the cooktop, and he quoted a fixed price to fix the hot water gas leak. But on the day of the job he doubled the price.
