The works include: - Isolation and removal of gas piping of a gas kitchen hob (isolation point to be make clear of proposed wall removal). - Isolation and removal of gas piping of an in wall gas heater (isolation point to be make clear of proposed wall removal likely in floor). - Isolation of gas heater wall/floor mounted - retention and testing of current gas water heater. - Identifying of any other gas appliances that requiring making safe before demolition. - Certification for works.

Gas meter goes from Gal pipe then branches to 2 copper pipes. 1 servicing ducted heater and the other 20mm to the HWS then the gas cooktop. Need someone to test pipe at HWS, Bosch 16P (20yrs old) and replace with unit onsite Takagi gs2300w. (Left over from building project). And will need to replace gal pipe 5m of copper.

There is a copper gas pipe sticking out of the ground already, it just needs to be fitted off with a shut off valve and hose to connect my BBQ to it

There used to be an old gas heater in the living room area. The heater was removed but the gas pipeline coming from the exterior of the house was left in place. I would like to remove this piece of pipeline and have it plugged. Please see the piece of pipe on the external wall. Would like to cut it flush to brick wall, remove part of the buried portion and plug it. Also seal with Silicone the portion of the pipe that will be left at the brick wall. A plumber certificate is also required being a gas installation.
