Need to have a new gas stove connected to the gas line, regulator and stop valve already nearby. Also run water pipe through ceiling (various access points in place along route from bathroom to courtyard) with two taps.

A control bottom of the stove needs to be fixed. General maintenance of the gas stove is required.
