I am looking for a technician to repair my Samsung washing machine, which is currently displaying the 5C (or C5) error code. I understand this typically indicates a drainage issue. I have already manually drained the unit five times, but the error persists. I would like a professional to pick up the unit (or repair it on-site) and ensure it is in full working order. Please note: There is a dryer stacked directly on top of the washing machine. I am unable to move these units myself to access the back of the machine, so the technician will need to handle the unstacking and maneuvering required for the repair.

My washing machine makes and whenever I turn it on and shows error code “EL”

I had a damaged sealing rubber for a freezer, so I bought a new one but couldn’t attach it properly so it’s tight enough and not loose. See photos to better understand the issue. I believe it need to be glued with a silicone seal or something similar.

(Make/Model: Euromaid 54cm Freestanding Gas Oven With Gas Cooktop, Black EFS54FC-SGB) Access: the property is on the first storey of a small block of flats. There is one flight of stairs to the flat but stairs are wide and total distance from drive to front door of the flat is < 20 meters. A two wheel handtruck/trolley is recommended.
