Single story house in Balgowlah has x3 gas heater bayonet fittings that haven't been used in ~6yrs (since split system A/C was installed). Gas is connected to the property for cooking. I want someone qualified to inspect/check the fittings to make sure they're good to start reusing as new tenant prefers using a gas heater. Must have experience.

I’ve inherited some fairly poor sub floor gas plumbing and ventilation in a house I’ve recently purchased. I need the gas piping to be re-routed so it’s neat and tidy and properly fixed to the wall and the joists. There are also some old pipes that need removing. Also the ventilation ducts are held up with wire and totally in the wrong place and need neatening up and properly fixed.

Please can you disconnect and remove my washer and dryer. They both work but have upgraded them so feel free to re-home.
