The gas should be fairly easy to install, there is an elbow in the gas pipes under the house approximately 5 metres away, if that can be converted to a T junction, it's a straight shot to the fireplace with ample space under the house to manoeuvre. The ducting componants haven't been purchased as we would require your input on which components are appropriate, but the ducting needs to go up a little then exit through an exterior wall rather then the roof, the ducting will exit above our carport and is easy to access with a ladder ( we can provide the ladder if needed). Old Brivis Wombat 120 ducted gas heater experiencing intermittent electrical/control issues. Symptoms: * Heater sometimes randomly starts during the night even when the wall controller is completely OFF. * When this happens, the system only blows cold air. * Repetitive clicking/chattering (“tick tick tick”) sound coming from inside the unit. * Occasionally attempts ignition repeatedly: ignite → flame goes out → retries multiple times → then blows cold air only. * Power reset (turning power off completely for several minutes) temporarily fixes the issue and heater works normally again for some time. * A few weeks ago there was a noticeable electrical/burning smell which triggered the smoke alarm once, although no visible smoke was seen. After leaving the unit powered off for a few days, it worked normally again. * Suspected issue may be related to PCB/control board, relay, transformer, or ignition control.

Uninstall smeg dishwasher and reinstall Bosch new dishwasher. Dishwasher is next to old dishwasher and just needs to be installed.
