The drain plastic cover does not turn as there is something stuck inside. It does a half turn and then is stuck. Have tried turning it with pliers but does not budge. It is a Bosch front loader washing machine.

I’ve bought this apartment with Bosch 880 alarm, I’ve bought new battery but line to internal piezo alarm not working but it’s working when connected direct to internal battery. I need review to make internal alarm work as best as possible, offer advice on how to get best out of current set/up and if external comms can be connected.

Machine has froze. Unplugged for numerous time cycles. 15 min. - 1 hour. drained and restarted. Have opened door through emergency access. Does not complete cycle.
