Leak coming from under the machine. Stacked with dryer I can’t move alone

Bosch series 6 heat pump dryer, is turning on and spinning but no heat. It’s also prematurely stopping the cycle. It spins for about 2-3 mins and then says finished.

Just moved my Bosch Classixx Washing Machine out of storage & it shows an error code of E5 . Currently the dryer sits on top of the washing machine. I am thinking that the washing machine may not have been installed properly as there is a silver plate down the side which is supposed to be underneath the washing machine. I need someone who is familiar with this type of washing machine. You also need to be able to lift the dryer off the machine whilst this job is done.

Bosch Series 6 Dishwasher with E15 Error code- cleaned all filters and also have checked back of dishwasher and no water pooling or leakage- managed to reset by tilting dishwasher back however error again on 3rd wash cycle post this fix. Need root cause problem fixed asap.

After the machine finishes cycle, the clothes are still wet. The drum spin that extracts excess water from clothes is not properly working, there is still water inside the washing machine. Cleared the drain pump from the bottom right, nothing is stuck there. Attached the photos.
