My Bosch Series 7 washer dryer has stopped mid-cycle with an error indicating a blocked dryer pump. The pump cover is supposed to turn 180° to open, but it only turns 90°, likely due to a blockage. Just moved my Bosch Classixx Washing Machine out of storage & it shows an error code of E5 . Currently the dryer sits on top of the washing machine. I am thinking that the washing machine may not have been installed properly as there is a silver plate down the side which is supposed to be underneath the washing machine. I need someone who is familiar with this type of washing machine. You also need to be able to lift the dryer off the machine whilst this job is done.

Bosch Series 6 Dishwasher with E15 Error code- cleaned all filters and also have checked back of dishwasher and no water pooling or leakage- managed to reset by tilting dishwasher back however error again on 3rd wash cycle post this fix. Need root cause problem fixed asap.

Model: BOSCH Condens 5000 W ZSB 30-2 A 23 S2414 Fault code EA. Suspect it might be the ignition, can hear it trying to start. Has water and gas pressure. Can hear it pumping. Have video showing unit shortly after resetting, can hear ignition clicks but no flame. Ladder is 8ft platform ladder, may need to bring your own taller one if you need access to anything beyond the front panel pictured. Please give indicative costs for any replacement parts if required.

Bosch xx classic washing machine water wipe is broken, and it’s now leaking. I would like to repair it.

Laurence, I have a blockage in the drainage pump housing of a Bosch Washing Machine - Series 6. The blockage prevents the filter from being removed. I need someone to disassemble the machine (remove the face plate)to access the drainage pump. Are you able to assist?

After the machine finishes cycle, the clothes are still wet. The drum spin that extracts excess water from clothes is not properly working, there is still water inside the washing machine. Cleared the drain pump from the bottom right, nothing is stuck there. Attached the photos.
