E18 error and i can’t open the pump to check

Bosch Dishwasher (Model: SMS63L08AU/46) throws E:2 error towards the end of the full wash cycle. Looks like it needs the drain pump to replaced. Have done the basic diagnostics such as removing debris, cleaning the drainage pipes etc. I will provide with the Bosch drain pump 631200 which is compatible with the SMS63L08AU/46 model (bought from Bosch website). https://www.bosch-home.com.au/en/product/00631200

Repair Bosch Dishwasher Serie 6 approx 7 years old. Only runs for a couple of mins and then stops. Water isn't draining. Have turned it off and the power point, and a little later turned it back on. First time that worked, 2nd time it didnt.

Bosch Maxx Classic 6.5kg front loader washing machine not spinning properly. Machine powers on, fills and drains normally. Drum/belt inspected and belt is still attached. Drum will spin briefly at the beginning of the cycle, then stops spinning (and trips the electricity). Drum feels somewhat stiff by hand. Possible issue may be worn motor brushes, motor/tacho fault, or drum bearings beginning to fail. Looking for someone experienced with Bosch front loader repairs to diagnose and advise whether repair is worthwhile or we need to replace.

Dishwasher has been removed due to heat dissapation shield not installed originally & has damaged carpentary. this has now been fixed. The dishwasher requires a new waste hose due to vermin damage, the door is required to be re-installed as the wires have been cut & door seal needs replacing.
