Panasonic NR-BX41BXSAU, serial 9XSN10774. The refrigerator compartment became warm this morning, but the freezer still seems frozen. The lights and control panel work and the fridge is set to maximum cooling. Looking for help to fix

Fisher and Pakyl Freezer was making frequent fizzing/ cracking noise coming from the bottom (freezer area). I've turned it off from the mains because it sounded electrical. Not sure if this can be fixed or if the fridge/freezer has just had its day.

Dishwasher Over heat / smell burning wire

Samsung WW75J54E0IW/SA front loader. Water is leaking once water enters drum, including front door but also from underneath. Drain works normally. Pump filter clean. Door seal inspected and appears intact but unsure if there are issues.

There seems to be a blockage between the gas hose and the ignition point as we have tried a new gas bottle and still not working. We can’t hear the gas when turned on.

Just moved into a new apartment and the dishwasher seems to be malfunctioning. I ran a cycle yesterday for the first time yesterday. The dishes don’t get clean, they don’t dry, and there’s a puddle of water in the machine after the cycle. Please help.

Fridge is not working/ blowing hot air

My Neff gas stove was working superb however when I was brewing tea on the smallest burner, the brew boiled over and since then the ignitor has stopped working and all the 4 burners. This needs to be fixed. Upon fixing the decor should look the same.

This bad boy has everything connected but is still giving me grief with an error message which is apparently a drainage problem. Please assist 🙏🏻 For context it has never ran a full cycle.

I bought a KitchenAid second hand (model KSM90). By accident, the mixer dropped on the floor and pins on plug bent and electrical cord came loose. On inspection, it seems previous owner tampered with the electrical so don’t thin straightforward cord replacement will work - need expert view on what changes were made. Looking for repair

A tenant reported issues with a few appliances. I need someone to assess and preferably fix them or if unable report back on the necessary steps to rectify the issues. - Vacuum cleaner (Samsung Jet 60): The renter reported that the Samsung vacuum needs to be looked at. She did a deep clean of the apartment and noticed that one of the end compartments near the vacuum head is loose. She’s concerned about using it in case it breaks further or causes more damage. The renter mentioned that the entire part shown below clips on and off the main body of the vacuum, but the issue appears to be in the swivel neck of the head. - Dishwasher (Fisher & Paykel DD60SI7): The renter requested someone to attend and inspect the dishwasher. She ran a regular cycle and it began beeping, and now the door will not fully close. She suspects something may be dislodged in the mechanism at the back, but she does not want to force anything and risk further damage. To access the apartment, you will need to contact the Real Estate Agency managing it.
