You’ll need the right tools and experience to safely access and clean the filter, and ensure the machine drains properly again. Please only respond if you’re confident working with this Bosch model or similar. Located in Greensborough. Flexible with timing but would prefer someone ASAP.

My washing machine is not working. The supplier has said it is not a manufacturing fault but something seems to be stuck in the pump. They’ve given some instructions to how to clear the pump but I don’t feel confident doing it myself. I need someone to come to my house and clear the pump for me and hopefully get my washing machine going again! Someone with experience with white goods please. Required to bring your own tools and leave area clean afterwards.
