Spin cycle not working E18 Rubber seal needs to be replaced

Samsung double door fridge repair - re advertised task as life got in the way. Fridge compartment not keeping temperature, sitting around 15 degrees. Happened during house move, frosting happening at back of fridge - melting down. Freezer compartment works well. Technician looked at it and found no immediate issue, did not return for further investigation (opening up back). Price is for initial call out fee only, please don’t request a higher price on app- fee can be negotiated in person. Thank you kindly :)

The Rangehood Fan button is no longer working, thus the fan isn't working. Unsure if the button is broken, or a capacitor or something like that. The light button is still working however. Need to diagnose issue, and fix button if that is the issue.

Hey, I've got a Euro Slimline dishwasher, seems to turn on and cycle ok, water is filling but sits at the bottom and doesn't move around. Could be something stuck, looking for someone who can inspect and fix, please.

My fridge is working, however it is no longer as cold as it used to be, and food is getting spoiled sooner than before. The freezer is working perfectly fine though. Since a couple of weeks water was pooling in the top shelf of the fridge. When I cleared the drain a week ago, the pooling seems to have stopped, but maybe that affected the cooling somehow. I would appreciate it if someone with fridge expertise can visit my home to figure out what's causing the lack of cooling in the fridge.

Samsung double door fridge (see model and details in pic) - temp keeping between 14 -18 degrees. Initial inspection by electrician could not find anything wrong with temperature gauge and said needed full defrost and back of fridge inspection. Doors were removed and rewired by removalists, has not been working properly since. Fee is call out fee for someone to determine fix and further costs by negotiation. :) - Due date: Flexible

The SMEG dishwasher will not start. The dishwasher was in a cycle when I pulled open the door with force. The next day it won't start the cycle at all, the power button lights up but it will not start any cycle. It seems like the sensor on the door is damaged hence the dishwasher will not start as it thinks the door is not propoerly closed. - Due date: Before Saturday, 16 December 2023

One of our video doorbells is not working. The system has been tested and is is fine but we the adapter is not live. We need the 24 voltage switching adapter replaced on our electric video door and connected to the system to get the door bell working again. We also need a power point in a different room reattached to the wall. It works fine but we don’t know how to screw it back it.
