Electric gate not working. When press button it makes a noise but nothing happens. Refer photos

We have a Centsys D5 Evo motor and gate fully installed and has worked fine. Today, the gate came off the track after it was obstructed by a ball. When I put the gate back on the track and try to open, the motor beeps continuously and the error message 'ORG not found' appears.
