Top loader washing machine won't spin so clothes stay wet - though it drains fine. There is also a hot plastic type smell. I checked the belt and it hasn't broken or come off, the machine itself works, besides the lack of spinning. It sounds like it is spinning but peaking in, nothing moves (I can open the lid a crack before it stops everything because the top is open). Please quote to fix washing machine. It’s a Bosch series 4 with error code E18. Doesn’t seem to be draining and says there’s a blockage online. Didn’t want to take off the pipes and risk it leaking everywhere. Must be plumber or qualified washing machine tech. Thanks, Shaun
