My washing machine hose is leaking at the fixture and requires repair or replacement.

Needed this afternoon (not evening) fix of E23 error on Bosch washer dryer.

We have a Fisher & Paykel that has stopped cooling the top half properly. Power works fine. The freezer compartment works fine. Just the normal fridge area doesn't cool at full strength. I am sure it's something simple. The model number is E522B. I have attached an image of the fridge series etc. I need someone to come today please. Thanks.
