I had a retractable hose reel brand new in the box to replace the old retractable hose because the dog ate/broke it. One afternoon I have come home and someone has taken it upon themselves to install without permission. They have done a terrible job and ripped some of the concrete out with it too. The hose hadn’t even been touched. The original one was braced up and had zero problems. If you can drill into concrete/brick then this will be easy. Please fix this and hang up correctly and safely. Also if there’s anything you can do to fix the damage that has been done that would be amazing. Otherwise please just get this one. Unsure where all the correct mounting things are for hose and can no longer find instruction manual. Can google it. Ideal person will have hammer drill. Masonry drill bits, plugs and screws.
