Remove garage side door and replace with new one ( mostly same size). Reuse hinges and floor wipe thingy ( Raven). Put two locks in new door ( lockwood double cylinder deadbolt and normal rotatory lock - pics enclosed). Be safe as there is broken glass ( pic enclosed). Prefer 2mrw. General quote for security door fixing, skirting boards etc.
