Urgently needing help to install a garage door motor today whilst awaiting police assistance to keep my children safe. Happy to pay whatever is needed for someone who can come asap and is experienced in these sort of jobs to ensure it is properly done and garage is inaccessible while police slowly take their time to assist. Garage door motor purchased already. It’s a Chamberlain SectionalLift Plus Sectional Garage Door Opener from Bunnings for a double door. There is an existing old motor which I think I can remove myself if easier for someone to come in and install new one quickly.

Hi there, I have a few of small jobs for the home I manage in Brassall. A disabled lady is moving in who would like to feel more secure in the home. She would like a Security Screen door installed at the front door, a dead bolt installed in her room on the door leading to the side of the house, and a damaged side wooden gate repaired.

We have tried fixing this internal rolling door ourselves, and we just can’t seem to get the bracket right and get it on. Have bought multiple brackets and tried cutting bolts to shorten them and yeh, we are frustrated and now want someone who knows how to fix these doors and get it back on the railing with the right fitting. We have the skirting off and door off so just need someone who knows what we need and to get it back on the railing for us. Thanks

hang internal door to steel frame. i have the door and what i think is part of the jam but not all (see pics) i dont have hinges or handle.

All internal doors are not latching into striker. Need adjusting.

Advise if new mesh or additional materials are required.

Looking for an experienced tradesperson, handyman, carpenter to install a Hills Hoist Indoor Clothesline and to fix an error made when trying DIY. 2 of the screws are stripped and need to be removed and then replaced. And then reinstall the clothesline. Someone experienced in finding wall studs would be ideal…our stud finder has failed us. 2 clotheslines in total. One already up(but needs fixing) one still in box.

Installation of two bedroom doors. One of which needs hinges and a catch installed. I have purchased all the materials but don’t have the equipment to install

Bottom pantry door hinge has broken off the door. Likely to need all hinges replaced and fixed back to door. Would like to have handle added to original door (magnet open close mechanism currently)

I have a Eufy door lock. I had to extend the 14 wires as i got a new thicker door. Unfortunately just with the playing around some 2 cables have pulled out of the 14 pin end and the other side. So just want some one who is better at soldering and steadier hands to connect them back up and test it. The image below is of the original 14 pin. since then i have sliced and extended with extra 100mm of wire. The coax is fine.
