Front entry door — alignment + latch not catching The door has dropped/shifted and no longer aligns with the frame, so the knob latch and deadbolt don't line up with the strike plates. It isn't locking or latching properly. Realign the door (check/adjust hinges as needed) Reposition or replace strike plates so the latch and deadbolt catch cleanly Fill/patch old or oversized holes in the timber frame and re-fit hardware Test that both the knob and deadbolt lock smoothly Timber door and frame, older Queenslander-style home; existing hardware can be reused if in good condition 2. Kitchen cabinet door — broken hinge A white kitchen cabinet door has come off — the hinge has pulled out/broken and needs re-hanging. Need someone to come install 4 doors and handles

My dog scratched a little at the sliding back door mesh on one side, so it needs to be remeshed. It’s not a security grade mesh, I would say it’s low end mesh. It’s all in tack, no dents in the frame so should be a simple repair. I’ll need someone to liaise with my realestate agent on times to come do the task as we’ve moved out and new tenants are moving in.

The belt has a bunch of teeth missing and its no longer fully retracting, When it was last serviced I was told it would need the entire unit replaced so I guess that is what I am now up for.
