I’m after someone to get two new springs for my garage door and fit them please. Currently it’s up in the air and I need to get it fixed so I can lock everything up under there. I think I put my big esky under it and old fridge.

Adjust hinges, rollers, locks, catches, or mesh as required. f. Ensure the screen door opens, closes, and latches correctly. 3. Replace Door Sill a. Remove the existing damaged sill. b. Supply and install a suitable replacement sill. c. Ensure the sill is securely fixed, level, weatherproof where required, and finished neatly. Requirements: a. Experienced handyman, carpenter, or licensed tradesperson with relevant experience. b. Supply all labour, tools, equipment, and materials required unless otherwise agreed. c. Remove all waste materials and leave the work area clean and tidy upon completion. I want to change the hinge on my bedroom door so that the door opens outwards into the living area instead of inwards into the bedroom. Judging by the door frame, I think the frame will need to be planed to create space for the door to sit when it's closed. Could suit someone with basic to intermediate carpentry skills.

Hi, I have a Steel-Line garage door opener and have purchased a Kogan Smart Garage Door Opener. I have installed and connected the Kogan Wi-Fi device and set up the mobile app, but I need help with the final wiring connection between the Kogan device and the Steel-Line garage motor so that I can open and close the garage door through the app. The main garage is working normally with its existing remote. I just need someone who can identify the correct terminals and connect the two wires from the Kogan smart opener to the Steel-Line motor. I can provide photos of the garage motor and circuit board. Need two doors installed into bathroom and toilet, doors have been purchased but will need to be cut to size and painted. Paint and door handles provided by me. The hinges are welded into the door frames so we will need to use them, they are in place and complete from the previous doors. I am overseas until Tuesday hence why the date is set for Wednesday. Pictures are the best I have of the door frames, I can take some more as soon as I'm home.

Kids pushed a bedroom door too hard, and the plastic stopper bent and the door knob went through the wall. Plasterboard wall with timber framing. I need someone to come and plaster and repair this hole. I will organise painting of the wall another day - so just plaster repairs please.

Need to swap the opening direction on an essato fridge/freezer for an elderly lady on a walker, who just moved into a new unit. The door currently opens on the left but needs to be changed for better access from the kitchen. Need someone to urgently come and fix or replace bathroom door that keeps falling off the top hinge. It is a very heavy door and I’m ok to replace it with a normal door if that’s a better solution but it has fallen off a few times and we need a reliable solution please.
