Looking for skilled handy man to do some post house sale fixes. Would need to provide relevant materials and have right tools/ skill set for job. Open to quotes. 1. Retaining wall: retaining wall is cracked and requires repairs. This is a non-structural wall as it is less than 1m high. Either concrete patch up or replace brick, happy to take advice on this. Would need you to provide cement or new brick to complete job. 2. Outdoor deck: the outer fascia board is loose. Need to have corner fixed back to flush of corner. 3. House wall: The wall sheeting at the rear of the upper level has hairline cracking at the joint. Render patching and painting is required. Can provide paint (get bunnings to match) however all other material to fix crack will be needed. Not high however will need ladder to do job.

I would like the sliding screen door flyscreen replaced with a more pet resistant screen. As my cat has riped a hole in the flimsy screen. I will provide the pet mesh, I would just like a professional to install as when i do it, it can be a bit messy.

Take down old bathroom mirror/shelf and put up a mirror. Replace 2 sets of door knobs. Tighten up the rest. I will get the knobs and mirror unless you have a supplier.

Door needs sound proof seal. Front Solid Core Door needs seal inside frame and something at bottom of door to restrict noise from cafe next door. There is a gap all around door side, top and bottom

My windows have a fly screen mesh that is held on by these plastic bits that have been damaged and fallen off. Looking for a more permanent solution with these mesh screens as I don’t want them to come off but also want to reuse them to keep pricing down. There are 7 of these mesh screens that need to be reinstalled
