The fire door closer in my apartment is incredibly stiff and the screws have been stripped. It either needs replacement or the screws to be moved if possible to get it to not be stiff

Two of our doors are sticking when we are trying to open them and we'd like them fixed and also a bell (very simple design, a few screws) affixed to one of the doors. My bathroom door handles are coming off, I’ve had them fixed a few times but they keep falling off so I need someone to replace the existing door handles with a new set that is identical to the ones currently there (I have already purchased the new privacy door handle set) I also need someone to unscrew the door handles on this cabinet and screw a new one in, they have been painted over and the screws are stuck, we have tried to remove them so many times that the x on the screw head has now worn off (need to screw the black one on to match)

Hi there! Need an experienced carpenter to install back to back entrance handles on two doors. I have attached a picture of the door and the handles. I imagine you’ll carefully need to drill holes through the door etc which is why need someone experienced. I also need about 30 cupboard door handles replaced (most are already removed, new ones need to be screwed in - others just need unscrew and then screw new ones in). There is no need to drill any holes in the cupboard doors, the handles fit perfectly you can see I’ve already done a few myself in the kitchen photo. House is in lane cove north. Bedroom door need to be fixed

I accidentally pulled 3 slats of the vertical blind off its rail. 3 plastic parts are needed to repair this blind to re connect the 3 blinds that have snapped and fallen down. Located in lovedale, in the hunter valley, 12 minutes feom cessnock. Let me know if you have any questions :) thanks
