Hi, Looking for a tradie/handyman to complete 2 jobs: 1) Fix up the hinge on a kitchen cupboard door. Screws have come out and door no longer attached to one of the hinges 2) Looking to mount a microwave correctly into position. Have bought the right size microwave, just needs to be firmly mounted. Photos for both are attached.

The silicon around my balcony door is failing and some weird fuzzy stuff (filler getting wet and expanding?) is coming through it. Remove the existing black silicon and re-seal it. The same is happening to two 5cm sections around my bathroom door and that needs doing too in grey silicon.

One of our outdoor railings is quite badly damaged where the wood is split. I’m not sure if it can just be sanded back down to remove the splitting area or if it’s too bad and needs to be fully replaced. Ive attached a few photos, but would love a chippy to give some advice on what would be best way forward and quote. We are selling our house and trying to fix it this week so we can restain it for the weekend open home. Length of rail is 4.8m
