Replace toilet roll holder. On two doors replace door knobs. One door I have locked myself out the bedroom and require someone who knows how to drill out the old lock. I have attached photographs

Required to fix a glass sliding door that has a bit of it's rubber seal coming out as well as this screw coming away (see photos). We also have a large wooden door that is rubbing on the floor on it's corner all of a sudden rendering it difficult to open and close the front door.

I just need a door strip removed and replaced on a door to the unit, will require a drill. I will have the part ready to go.

The main entrance glass door has lost its grip and swing as you open, easily smash against the wall- require tighten the door. I have a video clip I can share.

I need my garage door serviced. It’s a panel lift door with a Napoleon lifter unit. I’ve recently added some insulation to the door so it may need to have the spring tension adjusted. There’s also quite a few missing teeth on the belt so that may need to be replaced.

We are looking for a handyman to help us with a some end of lease jobs Repair one fly screen door (as per photo) and replace mesh in two doors. (Happy for doggy door to removed and replaced by plain mesh) Remove old kitchen blind and replace with new one. This will need to be cut to fit as blind is 180cm W and space is 177cm. Attach a fan remote to wall. This can be done anytime before Saturday morning but preferably Thursday or Friday morning. Thanks!

Internal door handle has bolt stuck so door can’t be opened. Have removed handles, cover plates etc but still stuck. Suspect needs replacing. Have new handle mechanism to insert once old removed.

I’m seeking repairs on an old garage door. The door currently does not lock. There are two options - install an electric door opener (I have the machine and parts available minute) or raise the door by 5-10cm and fix the wire and “click-lock”. These parts I do not have. Seeking advice and a quote. Ask any questions and will do my best to answer.

Re-hang two interior bedroom sliding doors that are off balance. Sand down (and chip away ) wooden door joint that is incorrectly sized for door frame. Drill and mount security camera on outside steel post. Small furniture lift/re-arrangement

Hang new front door - needs to be cut to size. Cut out lock and fit. Paint white when done.

We require a Carpenter or skilled Handyman to align renovated French windows. We’ve just had the windows re-painted and have placed new hardware on there, but we’ve hit a couple of issues; 1. The new hinges are slightly larger (barrel/cylinder bit) and it required us to Chisel out some extra timber to make them fit. Although they’re ‘almost’ working OK, they’ll still need some expertise to get them ‘perfect’. One window in particular, we had to fit the old hinges as we could not get that one to close. There’s a strip where it’s not properly sealed, so this could be corrected via either; better alignment or some type of weather strip. 2. The locks are practically the same, but the hole (where it bolts into) is slightly out of alignment, so the lock might need a spacer or potentially the hole might need to be re-done? I believe this will be a straightforward job for someone with attention to detail and experience in this stuff. I can assist, if required
