Patch repair (there may be some minor movement in one section, noted below). Three areas: 1. Hole/damaged corner next to window — needs proper build-up, not just a surface fill. FYI when I press against the window head (horizontal surface of the window architrave next to the window frame), it moves slightly. 2. Crack going up the wall around vent (5-7mm wide approx, varies by area). 3. Cracks along where ceiling meets wall (cornice line). No need to paint — just want it filled and finished ready for me to paint separately.

Would like someone to come and fix/patch/paint the hole in our bedroom/bathroom door before next Thurs 27 Aug. See images attached.

One of the inside pins of my twisting door knob on my balcony door is broken and needs to be replaced. I'd need a replacement handle as well as an install. The image below shows the issue and what kind of door knob it is.

Tasker should be experienced with shower screens/glazing and able to assess the site and confirm the appropriate door and fittings.

Masonry Installation: Anchor the 2.0 metre track directly into a solid masonry wall (please bring a hammer drill and suitable heavy-duty masonry anchors/plugs). Fitting: Route/drill the slab for top rollers, flush handle, and secure the floor guide. Level, adjust, and test door operation. Note: Ceiling repairs, electrical work, and topcoat painting of the door are not required for this task. We require the successful contractor to hold public liability insurance and any relevant licenses.

wardrobe door hanging to be fixed

I have a lever door handle that repeatedly comes off the spindle. This has been happening since the handle was brand new, so it appears the spindle isn’t holding/securing the handle correctly rather than being an issue caused by wear over time. The mounting plate appears to be securely attached to the door. I’m looking for someone experienced with door hardware to: * Diagnose why the handle keeps coming off * Permanently fix the issue, rather than simply refitting/tightening the handle * Replace the spindle or any other components if required * Ideally retain the existing brass handle and hardware Happy to pay for any replacement parts required in addition to the job price. ***Flexible with time, but bonus if you can do it this afternoon*** Drill holes and screw in the climbing holds onto 2 plywood boards, and attach the boards to an internal brick wall. We have the holds, the plywood and the backings. One of the boards will need to be trimmed as the boards are 120cm wide and the wall is 220cm wide. You would need your own equipment, screws and wall plugs for the instillation. The holds come with their own t-nuts and screws.

I need to someone to realign bI-folding doors and and make sure they slide and open properly. Replaced with new parts and it downer seem to be working as well

Sliding door has come off one of its rail, I tried to remove bracket but the nail fitting has lost its thread . I don’t have the required tool and hence need someone who can do this job
