I have 2 wooden windows. One window needs a bottom balance and the other needs a top balance. Two spiral balances needs to be replaced.... I also have another window that is stuck and cannot get opened to see if it needs a spiral balance. Quote is for 2 spiral balances. If the other window needs fixing I can pay cash. The last time another window was changed was a few months back. It literally took the handyman 1 minute to take out the balance and 1 minute to put it back in. I do not have an image of the balance, but it was a general one.

I need to trim 10mm from the bottom of a door and fit it into an existing internal frame. The width and thickness are fine — it’s just slightly too tall. The frame previously had a door, but the old hinge and lock holes have been painted over. I may also need to buy new hinges and screws.

We have an internal bathroom door handle that has broken and needs fixing or replacing. The latch spring is too far out and the handles don’t move the latch in and out. Also: - tighten two other internal door handles (not broken but loose) - supply and install cover for wires below tv (old tv was a different size) - supply and install weather strip to front door.

We’re looking to have someone (likely 2 people) hang an 3Mx2.5M awning outside. It weighs 300gs/m and will be going into our concrete wall.
