Garage door opener replacement.

We currently have horizontal wooden plantation shutters on 2 bathroom windows. We want to remove the shutters, and apply frosted contact paper to the panes. You'll need to have perfect attention to detail with the scalpel to cut and apply the rectangles of contact. The intructions on the contact paper say you'll need a squirt bottle with soap water. I have the scalpel and the contact paper already. I think a general handy person can do this job. Please note there are TWO windows, even though I have 1 picture here. They are the same.

I have 5 doorways that I need re-rendered prior to door jambs being fitted. 4x single width doorways and 1x double width doorway. Looking for a smooth rounded finish like in the photo with the green arrow Will have additional doorways that need work in the future after building works.

Edit: updated to include photo of hinges and changed task name to reflect that hinges likely need replacing. Replacement hinges should be brushed brass. Front door doesn't shut properly and needs to be slammed to shut. The hinges need to be serviced (and possibly replaced) and the door rehung. Door sits unevenly in frame. I am not sure if it requires any sanding to align or if fixing the hinges will resolve it.

We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. I’m looking for someone to supply and install a door for our laundry room. The current door frame height is too low, so the job will require modifying the frame to allow for a taller door. Our wardrobe door is jammed, when we closed the door our drawer came out with lots of clothes which jammed the door and now we can't open it.
