We need a side door in our brick garage widened and heightened as the current opening is not standard size. Work required: Remove some bricks to enlarge the opening Install a lintel to support the brickwork Supply and install a new external door and frame (or install one we supply – happy to discuss) Make good the surrounding brickwork and finish the edges Location: Malabar Access is straightforward. Our front door is getting harder and harder to close and I need someone to fix it. It is rubbing above door lock (see photos), and seems to be slightly off kilter. I'm not sure of the best solution, but I guess it could be fixed by sanding the door or frame, or hanging. See attached photos.

Need to reattach the bottom door hinge to the door frame. This has fallen off and hard to nail in, as wood seems soft.

I have a 3 door sliding wardrobe and two of the doors have come off the runners.

First task: We need a handyman to replace our current outdoor single-sided door knob with a double-sided knob. Optional: The door wood may also need to be planed, as it has swollen over time, likely due to humidity and age. Second task : We also need to install a proper shower head bracket , as the new shower head doesn’t fit our current setup. We haven’t purchased any items yet, as we are unsure what will fit, so we need someone who can come with the proper tools and equipment. Install a rubber sealing strip on the floor to weatherproof my garage door. I have the rubber strip and the adhesive. The strip needs to be cut to size and glued to the floor carefully. The surface is a little uneven. The surface needs to be thoroughly cleaned first.

Reattach wardrobe doors as per photo

My roller blind was mounted to a timber plank, and the plank has pulled out of the concrete ceiling near the window. The blind and timber came down together. Needs someone to: • Inspect concrete ceiling and existing holes • Install proper masonry anchors / dynabolts into concrete • Secure a new timber batten or brackets correctly • Re-mount the blind safely so it won’t fall again • Patch/fill old holes and tidy finish • Check small gap/draft near window Photos attached. Please bring tools/materials or advise what’s needed. Happy to have inspection first if unsure.

Only bathroom door handle needs to be removed. I have bought a standard door handle to replace it with.
