The door seems to have come off its hinges? It doesn’t move much but if we try and push it in, it almost falls into the floor. Either fix it, or remove door and plaster the ceiling. Can assess and work out plans / payment once diagnosed.

Bedroom door is not clipping properly so it blows open

I'm looking for an experienced shower screen / glass door specialist to inspect and repair a sliding shower screen in my airbnb property located in Paddington, NSW. The issue: The sliding shower door became stuck when fully closed. When the guest open it, the door came off the top track. One corner of the glass has a small chip. The shower door is currently not usable. I'm looking for someone who can: Inspect the shower screen. Determine the cause of the issue. Reinstall or repair the sliding door if possible. Replace any damaged rollers, fittings or hardware if required. Advise whether the glass panel also needs replacing. Ideally, I'd like someone available today or as soon as possible, but I understand this may not be possible. Please let me know: Your earliest availability. The door is jammed and if I try and push it in, it pretty much falls off it’s hinges and into the ground. It ends up on a 30 degree angle.

We have an internal door that no longer closes properly — likely due to slight movement in the house and/or a latch issue. From what I can tell: - The door seems slightly misaligned in the frame (may need planing/sanding or hinge adjustment) - The latch/strike plate may not be lining up properly - The handle itself might also need attention (happy to replace internal mechanism if required, but would like to keep the existing handles) Looking for someone who can: - Adjust hinges and/or sand the door if needed - Realign latch/strike plate - Replace internal latch mechanism if faulty (I can cover cost of parts if needed) NOTE: This functional fix only - it doesn’t need to be a perfect cosmetic finish.
